Terms of Service

By creating an account at axiont.appyou agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.

What Axiont is

Axiont is a self-serve trading journal with a discipline layer — caps, checklists, veto prompts, cool-downs — that you configure against your own trading plan. We also provide optional synchronization with your MT5 terminal via an Expert Advisor you install locally.

What Axiont is not

• Not a broker. We do not hold funds or execute trades.
• Not a signal service. We don't tell you when to buy or sell.
• Not licensed financial advice. Nothing in the product is a recommendation. Make your own decisions.
• Not a guarantee of profitability. You can lose money trading. Past performance in your own journal says nothing about future results.

Account

• You must be 18+ and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Stolen account activity caused by your own password reuse is on you.
• One person per account. No sharing logins.
• We may suspend accounts that we believe are being used for abuse, fraud, or to circumvent billing.

Subscription + payment

• Plans are billed in EUR through Stripe. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT where required.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from the Stripe portal. Canceled subscriptions retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• We can adjust prices with 30 days' notice by email. Your next renewal uses the new price.
• Refunds are handled per the Refund Policy.

Your data

You own your trade data. We store + process it per the Privacy Policy. You can export as CSV and delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated use not explicitly permitted (the EA is explicitly permitted; everything else isn't).
• No attempts to access other users' data.
• No reselling or white-labeling access.
• No using Axiont to coordinate market manipulation or any other illegal activity.

Availability + SLAs

Axiont is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee any specific availability. The MT5 EA depends on your local machine + broker being online — we have no control over either.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages of any kind.

Termination

Either of us can terminate the relationship at any time. If you cancel, your subscription stops at period end. If we terminate for cause (material breach of these terms), we may do so immediately. Your export rights under GDPR survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Axiont is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We'll update the "Effective" date at the top and email every active user when these terms change materially.
