Refund Policy

Effective April 22, 2026

We want you to use Axiont because it's genuinely helping your trading — not because you're stuck with a charge you regret.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe and decide Axiont isn't for you within 14 days of the initial charge, email msftfx@gmail.comand we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. This applies to your first payment on any plan.

Yearly plans

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day window also applies. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you keep access through the paid period — cancel any time from the Stripe portal to stop the next renewal.

Monthly plans after 14 days

Monthly renewals are not refundable after the 14-day window. Cancel any time from the Stripe portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep full access until then.

Community tier

The Community tier includes services Igor personally delivers (weekly calls, bi-weekly written reviews). If you cancel after the 14-day window we prorate nothing, because the capacity for those reviews is scheduled against live seats. Plan accordingly.

Chargebacks

Please email us first — almost every billing issue we've seen turns out to be something we can resolve in a few hours. A chargeback, by contrast, blocks your account until it's resolved by the card network, which can take weeks.

How to request

Email msftfx@gmail.comfrom the email address on your Axiont account. Include the Stripe receipt reference if you have it. We'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days.
